About Me

Welcome to Pilates with Katie.

I am Katie and I started my Pilates journey in 2021 following the birth of my first son. After a difficult birth and pelvic floor issues post natally I joined a Post Natal pilates class with a hope that it would help. I was not prepared for how much it would, not only physically but also mentally. I was HOOKED!

Fast forward 18 months and I decided I wanted to turn my passion into something more and help people through pregnancy, after birth and way beyond. I therefore undertook the training to become a Pilates instructor followed by further training to specialise in Pregnancy and Post Natal exercise.
